This baked oatmeal starts with a flax egg and mashed ripe banana. It’s then naturally sweetened with a bit of maple syrup flavored with cinnamon and moistened with non-dairy milk and a bit of oil (which can be omitted or replaced with applesauce if desired).

Next up are oatmeal nuts and dark chocolate! We also recommend adding a little nut butter as a garnish to make each serving even richer. Plus bananas and nut butter just belong together.
