This anti-inflammatory smoothie gets its bright tropical flavor from frozen passion fruit chunks which are available in the freezer section of well-stocked grocery stores or health food stores. To make this with fresh passion fruit you will need 4 medium-sized ripe purple passion fruits. Cut the fruit in half crosswise carefully scoop out the jelly-coated seeds place in a blender (discarding the peels) and puree until smooth.
