1. Open Outlook and File Explorer.
2. Select the email you want to backup to Outlook. Then drag and drop it to a new folder in File Explorer on your computer where you want to save the emails. If you want to save multiple emails, hold down the Ctrl key while selecting the emails.

Outlook may allow you to export your emails to PST format. Follow the steps to backup Outlook.
1. Open Outlook and click on the /"File/" tab.
2. Click /"Open & Export/" then select /"Import/Export/" from the drop-down menu.
3. Select /"Export to file/" and click /"Next/".
4. Select /"Outlook Data File (.pst)/" and click /"Next/".
5. Select the mailbox or folder you want to export. You can choose to include subfolders if you want to export everything to your mailbox. But you cannot select multiple folders with the "at once" option.
6. Choose a location to save the PST file and give it a name.
7. You can also add password to PST file if you want.
8. Then Outlook will start exporting your mailbox data to PST file.
