It is important to understand that as long as the USB drive is recognized in Disk Management and shows the correct USB drive size, it is entirely possible to recover data from it.
To recover files from a corrupted USB drive:
1. Download and install Disk Drill.
2. Select the USB flash drive from the device list.

Method 2: Update Drivers
If the USB drivers are corrupted or outdated, reinstalling or updating them may resolve the issue.
1. Right-click the Start icon and click Device Manager.
2. Expand the Disk Drives drop-down list, right-click your USB drive, and then click Uninstall Device.
3. Unplug your USB drive, then plug it back in. This will trigger the automatic download and installation of the latest drivers.
Method 3: Repair Corrupted USB Using CMD Commands
Windows allows you to repair your corrupted USB drive using specific commands in CMD.
1. Click the Start menu and search for CMD. Right-click and click Run as administrator. If a window asks you to allow CMD to make changes, click Yes.
2. To repair a corrupted USB drive with bad sectors, enter chkdsk D: /f in the command line and press Enter (replace D: with the drive letter of your USB drive). Windows will start checking the files and folders on the USB drive.
3. To view the files, type attrib -h -r -s /s /d D:*.* and press Enter.
