Eggs are a staple in my diet and while I eat a lot of them for lunch and dinner they’re still the most common food on my breakfast table. Eggs are more associated with American breakfasts than almost any other food and it’s easy to see why: they’re versatile affordable and they provide a nice dose of protein to start your day.
