How do you use a spiralizer?
I’ve been talking a lot in my recent posts about this new appliance I recently added to my kitchen collection. You’ve been talking about it in the comments too because you guys are absolutely right. This mysterious thing we’re talking about is called a SPIRALIZER.
Here’s the thing about me and a spiralizer. When I first thought about the concept of a machine taking up kitchen space just to make noodles out of vegetables I got a little irritated. Why would I want yet another thing to clutter my already overflowing cupboards when my entire food blogging operation is based in a tiny kitchen with minimal storage space? Yeah not gonna happen.
But then I gave in. Peer pressure. I’m weak and I want to be like the cool kids and I got one. Correction: I got five. I was determined to find out if these things were as great as the foodie section of the internet claimed and if so which ones were really worth the precious space in my kitchen cupboard.
