Let’s dive deep into all things juicing. I’m very happy with my juicer(!) and I love the possibilities it offers to expand my culinary palette. I love how it makes me think about ingredients in new ways. Fresh juice is invigorating – either pure and blended or as part of whatever I’m making. That said I’ve learned a few things over the years and I’ll share some of them here. My dad got me this centrifugal juicer ages ago. It’s a workhorse and while I’ve had my eye on one of the macerating juicers for a while now – I haven’t made the switch (yet!). Let’s talk about the different types of juices below.
