Active shooter incidents decreased 4% between 2022 and 2023, FBI says

Active shooter incidents decreased 4% in the United States in 2023 compared to the previous year, according to an FBI report released Monday. Katherine Schweit, attorney and former FBI agent, joins CBS News to reveal the numbers.
