Active shooter threat leads to gunfire and confusion with no suspects in sight

Officials from multiple departments responded to an active shooter call in Muncie, Indiana on August 11. When a shot appears to have been fired by Muncie Police Department officers, Ball State University officers expressed confusion over body camera video.
