Add Permanently Delete Right-Click Context Menu Option to Windows
You probably know that if you right-click on a file or folder in Windows and choose Delete, or even if you press the Delete key on your keyboard, the file will go to the Trash rather than being permanently deleted from your computer. With this hack, you can add a permanent delete option to your right-click context menu so you can bypass the Recycle Bin without having to use the Shift key to do so.

Here are the Registry Editor steps from the video.

Move towards
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT//AllFilesystemObjects//shell//

Create a key named Windows.PermanentDelete

Create a new channel and name it CommandStateSync

Create a new channel and name it ExplorerCommandHandler

Double-click ExplorerCommandHandler and add the following to the value data box
{E9571AB2-AD92-4ec6-8924-4E5AD33790F5}

Create a new channel named Icon

Double-click the icon and add the following to the value data box
shell32.dll,-240

Create a new channel named Top

Double-click Top and add the following to the Value Data box
High

OR

At the bottom if you want the option to be at the bottom of the menu
