Add Real-Time Performance Monitor counters to Windows Taskbar

If you like to monitor your computer's performance but don't want to have to open tools like Perfomance Monitor or Task Manager, you can try the free Taskbar Monitor tool which can monitor things like network, CPU, RAM and hard drive. disk performance directly from the taskbar. It seems that this only works for Windows 10 and not Windows 11 at the moment.
