One of my biggest vegetarian cravings is falafel! Stuffed into a pita or tossed on a salad and served with veggies and sauce these crispy little spiced nuggets have only one drawback: the deep fryer. To get them perfectly crispy you have to deep fry them which can be a lot of cleanup.
