ALL ANDROID PHONES – STUCK IN HEADSET MODE / CAN ONLY HEAR WITH HEADSET ON?

Easy solution! If you can't hear anything (music, videos, games, etc.) on your Android phone but you can hear it if your headphones are plugged in, your headphone mode is blocked. It's quite possible that you have lint, dirt, dust, and/or water in your headphone jack.
