When I was little my parents hated me so much that they sent me to a table manners class called Ms. Etiquette. I learned how to say please and thank you recognize nine types of forks and it all culminated in a High Tea final exam.
The tea party was terribly boring but there were delicious almond croissants.
Almond Croissants are a very simple tea biscuit recipe. They are very buttery with a pronounced almond flavour. Combined with a cup of Earl Grey or Almond Rocker they are a great excuse to invite friends over for a little tea party on a rainy day.
