15 Minute Garlic Cherry Tomato Pasta
Hello summer gardeners have you got your tomatoes in yet? Our plants are just starting to produce ripe tomatoes and if I can keep the hornworms at bay (Constant Vigilance!) we will have a miraculous harvest.
Our basil started late but is now bursting happily from the raised beds and requires daily pruning. Those two tomatoes and basil are such perfect partners in the garden and on the plate.
Here is a quick and easy kid-friendly angel hair pasta dish we made recently with canned chopped mussels cherry tomatoes and basil from the garden. I say kid-friendly because my 16-year-old nephew ate it up and came back for more. He's a bit of a big boy now but I think younger kids would enjoy this too.
