The Anova Precision Chamber Vacuum Sealer was easy to use and produced decent results; vacuum sealed pork tenderloin and salmon cooked to perfection via sous vide with no broken seals. It is a fairly bulky machine though and moist items had small air pockets after vacuum sealing.
