Appimage Launcher is a great application whose daemon runs in the background waiting for any type of Appimage to launch so that it can automatically resolve default or user-defined predefined permissions and locations and offer a Run Once or Check in and Run scenario. Run once will achieve this, open the app once without adding it to the menu or moving the app image to set the location, which is very handy if you just try the app and can't find no point in using it, you can delete the file and there is no change in the system, Embed and Run will add an entry to the desktop that will appear in the menu and move the Appimage file to a location defined in preferences Appimage Launcher settings.
