Apple wants to give me, you, us — everyone — access to genuine parts, tools, and training so we can have the ability to do our own repairs. That's according to COO Jeff Williams, who you may remember from product announcements like…the Apple Watch, it's about creating better access to genuine Apple parts and giving customers even more choices if a repair is necessary. Starting in 2022, in the United States, with the iPhone 12 and iPhone 13, screens, batteries and camera modules, and from there, alongside the Mac M1!
