Automatically start administrative programs with Windows without UAC prompt

If you need to start certain programs on your computer that require administrative permissions, you may find that they will not start with the computer if you add them to your startup applications. There is a free program called Skip UAC Prompt that will allow you to add programs that normally require responding to a UAC prompt to boot with your computer without any user interaction. You can also use the tool to create shortcuts to programs to bypass the UAC prompt that normally requires you to click Yes at the prompt.
