RECIPE AVOCADO CHICKEN SALAD | no mayonnaise no yogurt
The concept is simple: a quick basic chicken salad using mashed avocado as a binding agent instead of the more traditional mayonnaise.
That was my idea when I wanted to repeat the success of our Avocado Tuna Salad. It would be a kind of "sequel" hopefully more like a Toy Story 2 sequel (brilliant!) than the second Bridget Jones (yay).
