Oven Baked Chicken with Parmesan Cheese Recipe
This fried chicken marinara dish is my mom's version of chicken parmesan. The chicken pieces are breaded fried covered in sauce topped with mozzarella cheese and then baked.
Instead of pounding thin chicken breasts my mother uses more flavorful boneless skinless chicken thighs. She adds lots of fresh basil to the tomato marinara sauce.
