Oven Baked Cod with Ritz Cracker Topping with Butter Lemon and Parsley

When I was six years old and visiting my aunt and uncle in Washington DC I ate an entire box of Ritz crackers.

They are forbidden in my house precisely because I still can't resist them. Forbidden with the exception of this cod recipe.

We've never had anything like these crackers at home so buttery so delicious. And once I started I couldn't stop eating them.
