Relatively easy boneless baked chicken breast with Italian seasonings and melted Brie…aka suuuper delicious. Great for a romantic dinner (you can leave out the garlic) or to impress family and friends. What's really fun about this dish is that it's so easy to customize. For example try substituting the prosciutto with sliced artichoke hearts or try a different soft cheese on top. Make it more southwest with pepper jack cheese light beer and paprika. Men love it.

¾ cup dry white wine
2 tablespoons dried oregano
2 teaspoons ground black pepper
