Mediterranean Baked Sweet Potatoes | Minimalist Bakery Recipes
Don’t worry there will still be desserts – there will always be room for dessert. But I’m excited to keep adding healthy easy plant-based meal ideas starting with my go-to meal when I don’t feel like cooking: baked sweet potatoes (only takes 30 minutes)!
I added two types of sweet potatoes: 1 sweet and 1 savory.
For the sweet version I went with my 4 ingredient Vegan Nutella (!) bananas berries coconut and cinnamon. This is the perfect "dessert before a meal" type recipe (if you're into that sort of thing – I certainly am).
