The Best Ever Roasted Sweet Potatoes Recipe – How to Bake Sweet Potatoes
Preheat oven grill. Line a 10×15 baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Cook sweet potatoes in the microwave until tender about 4 minutes per potato. Once cooled peel potatoes cut in half lengthwise and cut into 1/4-inch slices.
Place the sweet potatoes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Cut the butter into about 1/8-inch slices and place over the sweet potatoes. Sprinkle the sugar over the potatoes and butter. Place under the broiler until golden brown and bubbling about 5 to 8 minutes.
