How to Cook Swiss Chard That Melts in Your Mouth
Looking for an easy vegetable side dish? Sure. We all need more vegetables in our diets right? I certainly do.
Swiss chard is one of my favorite leafy greens to cook with because it's more robust than spinach (which almost melts when you cook it) but more tender and less bitter than kale.
Normally I just fry chopped Swiss chard in olive oil with some garlic. This time I peeled a parsnip down to the hard core and added the parsnip ribbons to the Swiss chard.
