How to make: Beer can chicken
I grew up with four younger brothers and if you told them you were going to stick a half-empty beer in a chicken's ass and grill it I think they'd actually get interested in cooking.
Jokes aside this is a brilliant way to roast a chicken on the grill or in the oven. Yes the chicken looks pretty ridiculous on its beer can covered in a spice rub and half-ready to greet you.
But listen up. While the chicken is roasting dry on the outside the inside is being doused with steaming beer keeping the chicken meat wonderfully tender.
