Big delicious Italian salad
Even my salad-averse 12-year-old son loved it. He definitely liked the crunchies. I had no idea I could microwave panko! That was the latest lesson I learned from this. And a way to use up the brine and leftover pepperoncinis from making pizza!

I am in a salad ZONE right now. In all seasons but especially in the summer I love a big Italian salad – salami cheese pepperoncini all the spicy salty mouth-watering salad things.
