I got the base of this recipe from a friend of mine and thought it was a great idea because these little nests can be made ahead of time which I love. They are so easy to make and can be customized to your taste. Not only do I use this recipe as a delicious grab-and-go breakfast but I also serve it to guests nestled in delicious cheesy grits with fresh fruit and French toast made on a panini press. Oh and don't forget the mimosas!
