I had the idea to adapt a brownie recipe – and it worked! I replaced all the chocolate in a brownie recipe with a condensed blueberry syrup that I made with fresh blueberries. It keeps the brownie texture although it looks a bit more like cake. But the surprising thing was that it actually tastes good! I adjusted the sugar and added cinnamon. The cake is dark purple all over. This was a fun experiment!
