Yes! If you don’t have a Bundt or round cake pan that’s no problem. You can just as easily use a baking sheet or divide the mixture into muffin cups. Come to think of it you can use any pan for this recipe and it will still be delicious. 😊 Baking times vary though. If you go for a classic cake pan you might need the full 60 minutes but for muffin cups you can reduce that to 30-35 minutes.

Keep a close eye on the oven and do not remove the cake or muffins from the oven until they have passed the toothpick test.
