Blur part of an image using Paint.net

This Paint.net tutorial will show you how to blur faces or text you want to hide in an image. Not only do we use the image of some people we may not want to identify, but we also blur the statistics text from a screenshot and some Facebook text and avatars.

Paint.net is a free image editor and is perfect for people who like to share their own images, but don't want to spend a lot of money and time with something like Photoshop.
