Brazilian Passion Fruit Mousse – Mousse de Maracujá
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
Break passion fruits in half and pour contents into a bowl. Use a little water to rinse the juice from the skin. Mix with hands to soften the flesh. Strain through a sieve or cheesecloth. Stir in sugar and sweetened condensed milk.
