This broccoli casserole is a great casserole that I threw together one day when a friend asked for broccoli au gratin for her birthday dinner. This is a great idea for those who aren't a fan of breadcrumbs. The eggs can be left out for a great sauce; skim milk and fat-free cheese work well too. It's a great recipe that can easily be adapted to taste. Enjoy!
