Building and configuring the Alacritty terminal on Linux

Build Alacritty terminal on Linux, install Rustup, overview of required dependencies, configure terminfo, desktop entry, man pages and install zsh completions

I also cover the zsh parameter to display the name of the current program in the window title bar as well as creating a multiline prompt that tells you whether you are in insert or normal mode.
