When I was thinking about the flavors for this fall themed Buddha bowl concept I couldn't let go of the idea of grains with roasted butternut squash and brussels sprouts with tahini sauce. I mean how can you go wrong with that combination?
The first attempt was a good start but lacked consistency and memorable flavor. That all changed when I swapped the regular roasted sprouts for our incredibly delicious Miso-Glazed Brussels Sprouts!
