I recently returned from Del Mar CA and a few Mexican restaurants were serving Sonoran style Caldo De Pollo. I tried to recreate this Mexican chicken soup as best as I could to match the delicious versions I had there. I am open to suggestions on how to improve this recipe as this is my first time trying it.
