Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War crashes on startup. FIX!!! (To the point.)

Okay so I can NOT guarantee this will work for you, it worked for me when nothing else worked, I thought I would upload this in the hopes that at least one person with this problem can play the paid game. Instructions are below

Instructions:
Press Winr
Type msconfig
Press Enter
Click on Services
Click Hide all Microsoft services
Tap Turn off all
Press Apply
press OK
Restart the PC
Slowly add programs and restart the PC until you find what is causing it to crash.

I really hope this helps at least one person, this game isn't the best Call of Duty game ever, but it is enjoyable.
