A candidate asked me if I could withdraw after signing an offer. That's a very good question. In general, changing your mind about a job offer can put you in a very difficult situation. You don't want to burn ties with a potential employer as a candidate, but at the same time you don't want to accept an offer that doesn't suit you for the wrong reasons.
