The holidays are one of the best times of the year to come together for delicious feasts many of which are fueled by holiday traditions shared with family and friends. This year Eat the Culture wants you to find new holiday traditions you’ll love with their 2021 Holiday E-Cookbook.

Eat the Culture’s Holiday E-Cookbook features 21 delicious recipes from across the African diaspora which refers to the communities of people of African descent who have been dispersed throughout the world due to historical movements. The e-cookbook includes recipes representing a variety of different countries and cultures including Puerto Rico Brazil Haiti the Caribbean and the American South.

What started as a video challenge to help Black culinary content creators feel more comfortable making recipe videos evolved into an interactive e-cookbook filled with a vibrant collection of recipes. The three-module crash course in self-paced recipe videography culminated with the opportunity to be featured in the 2021 Holiday E-Cookbook which features creator-created recipes and recipe videos.
