It's about knowing how to set goals and then adopt the best habits to help you achieve them. In this video, I offer my 5 steps to getting there, and why I think they're so important for planning for the long term and accomplishing the small steps along the way. Of course, this can apply to ultra marathoners as well as medium and short distance runners. In all of this, following these steps in your training can help you reach your potential.
