Whenever I visit my mom we usually go to PF Chang's at least once and always start the meal with their very popular chicken and lettuce wraps. They've been great with most dishes I've had but the wraps are clearly my favorite. I don't make a lot of copycat recipes; these Chef John's chicken and lettuce wraps are a delicious exception.
