You’ll see this titled “Pig in a Pumpkin” on the blog even though we don’t use a whole pig but a whole pumpkin! If you’re looking for a fun and very seasonal way to prepare some pork neck I can’t think of a better or prettier way so I really hope you give this a try soon. Season the pork however you like. I served it with buttery mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts.
