This tomato tart recipe tops crispy pastry with a layer of sweet summer tomatoes. It tastes amazing! Michele and I will travel to the south of France one day where we will eat this savory tart at least once a day. It will be hot because we have to go in the middle of summer to enjoy the best possible tomatoes but that is fine as long as there is chilled rosé.
