With over a decade of experience working in restaurants across London Stephen Englefield is currently Head Chef at ETM Group’s acclaimed venue The Jugged Hare in the City located between Chiswell Street and Silk Street. Stephen began his culinary career as a pastry chef at Mayfair’s La Rascasse quickly rising to Head Chef within his first year on the job. From there Stephen consolidated his experience running kitchens at Bradley’s the Swiss Cottage Gallery restaurant in Hendon and the two AA Rosette awarded restaurant The Chancery in Central London over the past decade.
