Chefs at the "Foodies Unite!" Event – The New Yorker Festival

Before founding the French gastronomic restaurant Ulrik had experience in international restaurants with 1 and 3 Michelin stars such as Waterside Inn and The Square in the UK Kokkeriet and Søllerød Kro in Denmark.

We spoke to Ulrik about his passion for French cuisine in his restaurant and asked him what advice he would give to aspiring chefs.

After traveling to Provence with my family and seeing the food markets there I knew I wanted to be a chef. Inspiration comes from the raw ingredients the seasons themselves. And also from the work we do closely with the farmers and of course my team.
