My Viral Creamy Garlic Mushroom Sauce…and Chicken

When I was a runner I ate pasta at least four times a week and I had to be pretty creative if I didn't want to live on a perpetual cycle of Bolognese Arrabiata and Boscaiola. That's when I came up with this dish.

Even though I don’t run anymore I still eat chicken bucatini like I’m training for a marathon. Since the sauce in this recipe is basically a thin layer of olive oil it’s very important that you only use a good extra virgin olive oil.
