My husband is British and therefore incredibly fussy about Indian food complaining about the lack of restaurants serving "real curries" in our area.
So on our annual trip back to the UK to visit his family for the holidays we started the tradition of going to an Indian restaurant on New Year’s Eve. We skip the champagne the sparklers and the countdown and gorge ourselves on spicy curry.
