My Desert Island Burger: Ground beef (tenderloin and oxtail) and form into a 4-ounce individual patty. Season well and fry in beef fat until crispy and dark brown. Top with cheese and let melt until gooey. Place on a toasted potato bun with onions pickles and burger sauce. Eat with napkins.
