My Desert Island Burger: Ground beef (tenderloin and oxtail) and form into a 4-ounce individual patty. Season well and fry in beef fat until crispy and dark brown. Top with cheese and let melt until gooey. Place on a toasted potato bun with onions pickles and burger sauce. Eat with napkins.
As glorious as that sounds it would be a sad state of affairs if that was the only burger I ever ate in my life. I mean Rubber Soul might be better than Revolver but that doesn't mean I don't occasionally look at that penciled-in album cover and think I just need to get you in my life.
