Pieces of this chocolate bundt cake have been in my car for most of the past week. Each piece wrapped in parchment paper sat between Ak-Mak crackers and a jar of almond butter. It’s a great travel cake that can handle a day or two in the car – snowstorms bumps in the road hairpin turns and all. With a generous layer of chocolate buttermilk frosting it’s unfussy and ready to frost right out of the pan.
